if your turbo 400 starts shifting hard with delayed up shifts, VACUUM LINES, there is a 3 inch piece of 5/16 (i believe) vaccum line down by the tranny that hooks to the accumulator valve, change it, than change all the ones at the back of the motor if that dosent work, shifts as if it was a brand new tranny.
