Down I m LOST

Ok have a 1995 6.5TD. I have done a ton to it in the last year. New IP New batterys redid all the grounds. New PMD And relocated it to the inside of front bumper. And still have the same problem. But new glow plug relay on it twice. Just because the first time it seemed like it fixed it so when i quit again i tried another but didnt fix. I unpluged the Fuel warmer and that seemed the problem because if i pluged it back in it wouldnt start. the glow plug light would just flash with it pluged in. Unplug it and it would fire right up. Well it ran fine for 2 days again and now it wont start if it is pluged in or not. It seems like a fuel issue to me because if the glow plug light doesnt stay on like it is supose to it would even try to start. I dont understand i m Stumped. the only other thing i could think of is maybe the computer or something. But i was always told that if it was the computer it would work just some of the time. So i have no ideal what to do now. I cant keep just throwing money at it replacing part until i tget it right.

like said check see if you are getting fuel to the LP if you are check the fuel shut off solenoid see if it getting power to it if it is pull it off and see if the plunger moves just be careful of the O-Ring then we go from there

i can hear the and feel the fuel shut off on the IP. so i assume it is working. And does that have anything to do with the glow plug relay. Because i can tell if it will start or not by if the Wait light stays on

I m not saying it is the fuel shutoff sol. But i dont know. Would the fuel shutoff sol make the glow plug relay short cycle.
