does any body know where to get a dual idler gear set for the 6.5l i cant seem to find them any where. thanks

 

never heard of one of those for a 6.5

are you talk about gear dual timing gears is so they don't no more

 

Pete Jackson made them and sold them through Summit and Jeggs, as well as DSG IIRC. Unfortunately Pete Jax was the only one who made a gear drive timing set for the 6.2/6.5 DD, and they no longer produce them. That being said, Heath made a 500+HP 6.2 and swore by a stock timing chain, Coyes if memory serves. I myself am still searching for a GD conversion, but until then it's the chain for me as well.

 

after doing some searching fine lot bad stuff gear to gear set up why wonder they stop making them seam like they where breaking cranks and cams
