Default Fuel/IP Question 6.5 1996

If there is no fuel at the injectors, (and fuel filter has been changed and fuel is flowing at the filter vent and the drain in the front of the engine, does it mean the pump is weak or bad or are there other issues to check?
Thanks

are you getting fuel at T-Valve with key in just on pos you get study stream fuel also check for fuel right at the IP input if you got juel there next step take fuel shut off solenoid ans see if the plumger moving with turning key on and off also check all grounds and clean they play big part with these trucks
