Default Air in fuel lines?

I have a 1992 silverado 3500. I bought the truck with about 140k miles on it. The truck ran great until i changed the oil and fuel filter. Now when it cools down after sitting a little bit and i start it it will run fine for a few seconds then idol up and die just like when i purge the air out of the lines on the fuel filter when i change it. im positive i have gotten all of the air out of the lines. it will run like crap then i rev it a few times and its fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks, ty

you probably have a tiny pinhole in your fuel lines or your tank has a bunch of crap in it clogging up the fuel lines.
