6.5turbo diesel head bolt tourqe specs

hello new to diesel,trying to do head gasket on my 94 6.5 turbo and need help with what lbs ishould be torqing them down any help out there would be greatly appriceted.

first pass is 20 ft lbs. second pass is 55 ft lbs. final pass is 90 degrees since they are torque to yield bolts
