Was wondering if there is a website out there someone knows of that sells Throttle Position Sensor? Also if it was bad when you unplugged it it would not do anything with the motor running? just trying to find some helpful info thanks.

The throttle position sensor shouldn't have any affect on how the engine runs.

The TPS on a 6.2 either controls only the TCC lockup ('J' motor), or TCC and EGR/EPR (on a 'c' code). I have an '85 K5 with a 'c' motor, but I swapped to a 'j' intake (gonna be an 'f' turbo intake soon) which 86'd my EGR and d/c'd my vac lines to all but the A/C. When my 'c' TPS went bad I got one for a 'j' motor. The 'j' TPS just cuts off the TCC at dead idle, and again at WOT.
