Question turbo & upgrade question

i picked up a 95 chevy c3500 crew cab dually a few months back! i used it to tow my toyota crawler! i have done tha basic 4" exaust, bost egt and trans gages, and custom fan shroud with dual 3000 cfm fans!

tosed a rod the other day and am putting a new motor in and bilding intercooler set up and som other nifty things but want to upgrade!!

sorry im a bit new to the diesel world!! i do plan on a pmd relocation, a chip of some sort (wlaking j maybe) and a #9 risistor thing! o and the 98 thermostat housing!

so what els should i upgrade??

whats the diff betwen marine Injectors and Injector Nozzles? what ones should i get

what turbos can i upgrade to??

i dont want to spend 800 for the A-team turbo!!

is the dodge hx35 turbo a good way to go? if so what needs to be done to make it work?

any help would be awsome!! just figure i should do it all now when the motor is out and ez to work on!!

i would get the regular injectors not the marine ones. but get them pop tested to like 2200 psi. only bosch, standadyne, or delphi injectors. no chinese crap. remember you get what you pay for. hx-35 is a good turbo but you need an intercooler and you cant run more than 15 psi of boost. need arp head studs too. the stock bolts are pretty weak.

Thanks!! and ya the truck allready has a custom intercooled with a 24x12x3 core and larger oil and trany coolers! and the new motor will have arp head studs!

why 2200 pop on the injectors?

what about a thicker head gasket?

2200 pop pressure so you get better atomization and can leave the injectors in longer. i didnt know all this when i did my injectors. thicker gasket is good to lower compression a little bit
