Default some lift and tire questions

hey guys, im pretty new to here so im looking for some advice i guess you could say. I have a '96 chev 1500 6.5, and im looking at putting a 2" leveling kit on it and a 3" body lift so i can clear 35" tires. does any one have some input, ideas, or things to watch for? I dont need people telling me to just go with a suspension lift. thanks in advance!

cant use body lifts on a 6.5 because it messes with the cooling system. besides there not very safe anyways. better to do it the right way with a actual lift. but with 35 inch tires if you crank the torsion bars or get keys then get 1 ton shackles for the rear i bet they will fit. it will be close though.

im going to get an electric fan once i put the body lift on. ive seen lots of 6.5's with a body lift. and my truck just stays on the street so im not worried about it not being "safe"
