Sorry it has taken so long to respond but I have been trying to figure this one out. Does the trans slip? Is the fluid running out of the dip stick tube? I can't remember if the 700 has a vacuum modulator on it.

I would say you are boiling the fluid out of the dipstick tube.

when a tranny is slipping it gets the fluid hot if your cooler is clogged up with friction material it will not get properly cooled so it will get hot and start to boil

take both lines off of the transmission, then get an air gun with a jet tip on it and blow into either one or both and see what comes out...and just for reference there isn't a vaccume modulator on a th700r4.
