hard starting isnt a pmd problem unless your truck is stalling once it warms up. your glowplug controller probably needs to be changed.

I have had a stalling issue that is why i have a pmd on order.thought that i might get two birds stoned at once. how can i test the glow plug controller.

if all your glowplugs have a resistance of less than one and have clean connections its probably your gp controller
