with the duramax you need a very good quality scan tool to work on diagnosing problems on it effectively. on the 6.5 he is looking at all you need is a paper clip

Yeah I am still torn between the 2.Cheaper to get the K1500 6.5L which would do most everything I need it to.Otherwise the Duramax which has cab and possibly frame issues.Tough call indeed.

cut the top of the d-max and turn it into a convertable

Good idea until winter rolls around and it gets below -20 degrees.

Hey what is the Sport package on a Dodge? I found an 02 6speed Cummins with 109,000 miles on it within the same price range as the Duramax rollover.

a few small things r different. i know the bumpers and grill are usualy body color. the 02 sounds like a better deal then the roll over imo.the roll over dmax would take a few more thousand to get it fixed most likely. good luck
