i have a 97 k1500 with 200k miles, recently discovered that when I give it a tiny bit of throttle after coming from a stop it feels like the tires spin and then grab right away when they really don't, I can also here some kinda of noise where it almost sounds like something rubs when it does it.

 

Might be time for a trans rebuild...….assuming its an automatic.
