I stumbled on this truck and yes I have verified it. It was owned by Speed Brokers Which was owned by Dale. Now to the meat of the matter.

It has 123,00 miles but the motor is locked down looks like the oil pump went out.
I do believe I can fix it With a Crank kit. This truck is pretty much perfect inside and out. It also is not modified at all ( all original) Would it be worth repairing the motor to keep it original or just change the motor? Its a L65 Motor also The most hp produced in this model truck.
BTW its a 6.5 TD. Also it has the dealer placard on the tailgate and Dale front licence plate on it. It was fully loaded.

Please give me your opinions on what i need to do to fix it.

 

I just am trying to find out is it worth doing a crank kit verses a different motor due to who used to own it... Also which would be smarter.
