Default Occasionally wont start

1999 6.5 diesel ,jump in when its cold or up to tempature and makes a clicking sound when you crank it. All the dash lights stay on , one time it was an hour before it started another it was 2 mins , held the key it made the same clicking sound for a while then fired up :s

Looked at the grounds they look fine , new starter, and looked at the signal wire looks fine

Bad starter or dead/junk batteries. Your volt gauge looks pretty low.

unless you want to break the engine block I have a 1984 here with a cracked block from some bonehead not putting the bracket back on luckily I made a bracket and all is well but it could have been disastrous. and make sure that between the block and starter are real clean.
