Default obd 2 sensors

ok so i was wanting to try and replace my dash cluster with a tablet and a obd2 bluetooth adapter, I was thinking about using Torque Pro (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...l.torque&hl=en) with this adapter (
Amazon.com: BAFX Products - Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool - For check engine light & diagnostics - Android ONLY: Automotive Amazon.com: BAFX Products - Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool - For check engine light & diagnostics - Android ONLY: Automotive
).

I know those two work good together, what I don't know and can't seem to find is a list of what my truck will spit out so i can determine if I can get the gauges I want.

does anyone know where i can find this?

I use the edge evolution cts on my 99 chevy 6.5. I get speed (adjustable if using non stock tires), throttle (as %), rpm, engine temp. Thier are probable a few others that I have not looked in to. What I have looked for and not found is fuel level, battery voltage, and fuel pressure. You can add thous individual sensors but they don't come with the stock setup.
