I had a theory that I wanted to test. The nipple for the return line from IP is actually a check valve. So, I drilled out the check valve (drill bit size was 1/8th inch) and reinstalled the plate after a good cleaning (of check valve to remove debris). Good results on first try. Uploading a video now. Will link when uploaded on YouTube. The solenoid clicks, but it may be possible that it is wearing out (thus the issue). Will grab a new solenoid and check valve and test the theory before purchasing a new IP.
