6.2 motors
I just got a 82 chevy with 6.2 deisel and it trns but will not start there is a coolant leak that seems to be a steady drip could this be blown head gasket?Any ideas how to get this started would be great. Also how well are the military 6.2 deisel motors
Make sure there is fuel in it and loosen an injector fuel line to bleed out any air and try starting.
It will need strong batteries and a working glow plug system to start even in summer.
No idea what shape the engine is in with your description?
Timing chain gone?
Depends where the coolant is dripping from-water pump shot, rotten frost plug, heater hose leaking?
