Default vibration and noise at shutoff

so recently i installed a 2.5 in crossover, 4 inch exhaust, ateam turbo and a kojo tune. not very happy with the tune right now but thats being worked out and besides the point. but since i have done this now when i shut off the truck it seems to shake and make more noise than it did before, oh i also switched to full sysnthetic, is this normal with the upgrades i did or is there something i should be looking at?

Inspect the balancer and frt drive pulley, they are metal bonded to rubber and can come apart-maintenance items that need frequent inspection and replacement when they come apart.

they all seem to be in good shape, when i installed the ATT i plugged the vacuum line that used to goto the wastegate, would that cause issues?
