No there were no bubbles at all. I let it idle for about 15-20 minutes keeping an eye on the hose.

The PMD harness is grounded right to the battery as that what I was told to do. The ground screw on top of the IP I grounded right to a bolt on the top of the engine (alternator bracket) this same bolt also has a main ground cable from the battery. Then there is also a ground that I ran directly to the to the heat sink from the battery.

I bought the fuel injectors online. They are Bosch injectors and I was told that they were for a 6.5 turbo motor. I have no idea if they were tested. What type of marking would be on them?

No i have not tried running it without the cap. I broke the fuel cap that was on the truck when I bought it. I replaced it with a fuel cap from the truck that I pulled the motor from. Its a green diesel cap so I am thinking I am ok there. Or do you thing I should replace it?

I plan on pulling the bed and sending unit this weekend and seeing whats going on on that end. I am also ordering that pump and remote filter from Leroy diesel right now.

I would still try running with the fuel cap loose if you have ever noticed a lot of vacuum when you open it.

Otherwise stick with your plan.

ok so I am pretty sure I got her running right!

Last weekend I pulled the bed of and removed the sending unit. When I pulled the AIRTEX sock off it was full of fuel and I could only get it to drain from a tiny area in one corner of the sock. This tells me that is the only area that it will suck fuel thru... So I am pretty sure that was causing my entire problem!

I replaced the AIRTEX sending unit with a brand new AC Delco unit (no sock). Then I installed a remote filter mount and filter Pre-Pump. I also swapped out the stock LP for the Walboro unit. My truck now has 11-13 PSI at idle! 3-4 PSI @ WOT!

I also replaced the screen under the fuel filter while I was in there. So at this point every inch of the fuel system is new! (sending unit, filter mount, LP, FFM screen, FFM Filter, & "feed the beast kit".)

I had a small fuel leak at the fuel heater as I open it up to clean it out. I found that the O-ring was pretty beat up. I did a bit of research online and found that every orders the O-ring kit for suppliers online. After a bit or research, I found the factory GM part # 12511962. I then took this number and cross-referenced it thru my local Advance Auto Parts site and found that it crosses to FELPRO #35087. They list it as a cooling housing O-ring for a 99 Saturn. The O-ring is $.99! I went and picked it up it works perfectly!

So I have been driving it for two days now, it's like a completely different truck. She runs awesome. No stalling, no popping, and feels like more power!

Racer, I can only get about 3 maybe 4 PSI on my boost gauge at WOT is that normal to be that low with a stock turbo?

Once again man, Thanks for all your help, I was ready to burn the truck before you started helping me!!

You the MAN!

Boost will only hit max under heavy load, towing and hard acceleration or hard acceleration up hill(steep).

S for flat land I wouldn't expect more than 5 psi sustained, but it should spike at 10 psi for a moment.

Normal driving my boost is sitting about 0 psi. I have not seen it go over maybe 4-5psi. I took her for a run down highway last night and still no boost over 5psi.

Do you think this is an issue ? What could be the issue ?

Ok long post and this may have already been covered but any exhaust leaks?
Is the stock exhaust crossover still in place?
Is the soot trap/cat converter still in the exhaust system?

The stock crossover pipe can be collapsed limiting exhaust flow-romve it and try rolloing a golf ball through it-if it comes out the other end it's ok if not replace.
Soot traps can become plugged and limit boost.
Any exhaust leaks will also limit turbo drive pressure.

Also remove the boost solenoid and spray WD40 in the vac ports to lube the ball inside-it may be sticking and venting vacuum opening the wastegate?

Yes the stock cross over is still on the truck. I have a 4" diamond eye turbo back no cat no muffler on the truck.

As far as I know there are no exhaust leaks. I just pulled the pipe to drill it and weld a bung for the temp sensor... I pull it back down and try the golf ball.

Ill spray some wd-40 in there today... Right in vac port at turbo correct ?
