How would I get this? I have a 4 speed manual 1993 k1500 that is really sluggish out of first gear.

Its sluggish because its a half ton with 3.42 gears( highway gears) change rear gears and front axle gears to 3.73 or 4.10 n slap a turbo on and youll be good to go

OR you can make sure you have sufficient fuel pressure, clean fuel filter(s), sufficient air filtration (or CAI kit, or high flow air filter), or even slight advance on pump timing. Has it always been sluggish or is it a recent event?

I always change the filters and it runs good. Its always been slow out of first gear. I think its just my gear ratio.

The 6.2 was never known to be a power house. Fuel mileage is a strong point, but HP has always been weak and torque is so-so. A 6.5 turbo system would certainly help your cause. Also look into Gale Banks turbo kit, specifically built for the 6.2. THere are significant power/ torque increases to be had. Ya might find what your looking for there. OR, you could scour the wrecking yards for a 6.5 turbo, manifolds, and piping.......after doing your research of course. Good luck!
