Default Peeling "chrome"

Has anyone here had luck in peeling off your grills? I would like to clean mine up and paint it to match the rest of the truck TIA

I would hate to have to do that. But I don't have a chrome grill, so I guess I lucked out there.

Default REMOVING CHROME FROM PLASTIC

BLEACH SOAK.
DO A SEARCH AND YOU WILL FIND MORE DETAILS.
SEEMS TO WORK WELL.
