New to me 95 Tahoe 6.5L, help
Not yet. It cranks fast now with new starter, almost feels like its gonna catch, but no cigar.
Bled air out of system down to injectors, glow system works, batteries are strong.
almost sounds like wrong timing when cranking.
Lots of blowby out oil filler neck, and crankase valve in front of turbo.
removed intake manifold and am extending PMD harness and moving another PMD out of the engine room
don't know how to take compression check? Or how to check timing
Doesnt look good

harbour freight sells a diesel compression tester with the adapter to put in the glow plug holes fairly reasonable,or perhaps a loan a tool program?
400psi is the minimum compression allowable.
400psi is the minimum compression allowable.
Pulled all glow plugs, gonna get new ones and compression tester at HF
thanks for hanging in there guys
intake manifold and all accessories on front of the motor are off so I can sort this out

I am running two massive 900cca marine optimas, and sandblasted cable ends
Tried firing it up like this and no go.

Its not bad, if I can get it started I will clean it up and keep it, if not gonna sell it as a project
Undercarriage is clean and rust free but hard fuel lines are wet and probably leaking so I am gonna bypass with new 3/8 hose
