What was the new TDCO value?
Did PMD have a resistor in it?
Clear codes before KOKO?
Temp 170 f+ before KOKO?
Any codes now?

The temp must be 170F+ to do the relearn and when you do a KOKO you must have a scan tool that will display the TDCO value so you know if more adjustment is required to get in rang.
stock TDCO values are -0.25 to -0.75
performance values are -1.50 to -1.94
In both cases the negative value is important,it denotes advanced timing while a value that appears posative denotes retarded timing.

2.9 means absoloutly nothing unless he did timeset instead of TDCO?

Even then I would say it's retarded.
