Is the remote mount PMD fastened to an aluminum heatsink with heat transfer paste/pad between them?

Where did you mount the remote PMD?

Is there a PMD resistor in the remote PMD connector cavity?

Is the IP/PMD harness ground still fastened under a screw on top of the IP-it MUST stay fastened to the IP!

Are there any trouble codes?

Have you checked for fuel at an injector while cranking?

Does the fuel shut off solenoid click when the key is first turned to run-might need a helper to check that?

Any smoke from the exhaust while cranking?

All fuses good?

Have you tried plugging the remote PMD into the factory IP harness without the extension-some extension harness are problems.

IP turning?
Have heard of the keyway getting sheared in the IP drive flange-pull the oil fill off the cover and have a look to see if you can prove the IP is working?

Lot's of bad PMD's will work cold but not hot.

Also a worn out IP will have a hard or no start hot because the starter can't turn the engine over fast enough to make enough fuel pressure to open the injectors when the fuel is hot and thinned out,it leaks past the plungers in the IP.
