Default Head Studs or not?

Thinking about putting the High Performance SSD-Chip the 80hp on along with a number 9 performance resistor. then eventually the 40hp injectors. do you guys think head studs are necessary. i was leaning towards yes but then my diesel tech teacher told me even then i wouldn't be making enough power to need head studs.

Head studs are always a good idea at head gasket or rebuild time.ARP sells them as 6.2 studs(130-4062) but they are the same-follow the install procedure to a T.
The benefit of head studs is magnified even in stock configuration because the block was designed with too few fasteners around each cylinder bore-better clamping force is required to contain the seal even in stock form.

Avoid marine injectors-there is no benefit to them on a truck, they only perform better when paired with the marine mechanical IP.

Stock turbo bosch injectors can flow more fuel than the IP can deliver.

SS Diesel is a rebranded Westers Garge tune that is out of date-much better tunes available from Buddy,Kennedy Diesel,Heath Diesel or KOJO.

The Buddy Tunes 6 postion multi tune is what I would go for with a 94/95.
