Default 6.5 td very hard start, runs for few mins then dies wont start after all new parts

Whats up guys i need help im stuck... I have a 93 c2500 auto 6.5 td very hard start, onces starts it runs ok for a few mins then dies then doesnt start back up for few hrs... it has all new .010mm thicker head gaskets, bolts, water pump, water pump plate, intake gaskets, exhaust gaskets, valve covers done with the right stuff, ac delco ops and elctric lift pump, glow plugs, glow plug controller, fuel filter, and im sure im missing a few things has 217k truck is clean fuel.lines are clean and not leaking anything, glow plugs are checked via ohm meter, glow plug cycle and controller lift.pump and ip is working properly... only thing I have a problem with is I need the typical sending unit.. and only original part is the sock in the tank... im also running a 6.2 pump turned up a 1/4 turn and yes injectors are getting fuel. I bled air out of filter and injector lines for past 4 days it cant be air in the lines? Oh and i have no oil guage either hence the new ops but apparenty its just a bad cluster...but anyways why is this thing so hard to start and why does it only run for a few mins then die? thanks in advance

Decided to pull tank and delete sock and install a inline filter since sock was in rough shape... cleaned tank and filter bowl and screen in filter bowl.... if this dont fix it olny thing it can be is injectors since everything else is brand new besides motor and trans ill let ya guys know how it goes since you guys are apparently stumped as well

Thanks and I willl do that today as well as install the new injectors I just got...truck sat for 4-5-6 yrs but not the motor... its diff motor however the injectors werr swapped from old motor that. Sat with truck hence the new injectors....I did swap the ops but ill get another.... maybe I got a bad one? Once I hear it run and not stall ill do the ops relay mod.. already have the relay with wiring ...just gott atap it in....thanks man! If I dont get it running today or tomorrow im buyin a whole running and driving 12 v cummins truck for 1500 with 200k and swapping that in I did fix fuel guage tho... sending unit just needed float spring bent...

after the injectors and 2nd ops everything will be brand new minus motor and trans themselves .. so hopefully its all it is.. and if lift pump runs with truck in drive and key in crank position... dont that mean ops is doing its job?? i know after it runs ops runs lift pump but your saying it might be running as im cranking but not after she starts?

Yes the OPS relay is what activates the LP during cranking-after startup the OPS powers the LP.

Might need to pull the glow plugs and check them further, power them with a bttery-they should glow their whole length in about 8 seconds-if only the tip glows replace with bosh duratherm.

As mentioned replace the IP return line with clear tubing and monitor it for bubbles-bubbles indcate air entry.

Check for excess vacuum in the fuel tank, filler cap vent might be plugged?

Very tough to distinguish between pressure and suction when you open the filler cap-if there is a big sound when it is opened after a drive-get a new diesel cap-gas caps are not properly vented for diesels so no matter what the parts guy says don't settle for a gas cap.
Diesel caps should be green and/or have a large D on them.

Easiest thing to do is look both up on Rock Auto and see for yourself-either way you can give the parts store the AC Delco # to order-don't settle for their store brand.
