6.5 is junk ill.never waste my time.with em again.new ops from dealer didnt fix my problem im buying a cummins that runs and drives in lil.bit .... ill swap that in next week.. I was gonna do it nrxt year but a month of my life is wasted ive never hhas an issue with cummins or power stroke but hate ford trucks and dodge truck but. Love the motors and love chevy trucks but hatr theyre diesels thankd for thr help its what I grt gor biyimg a clean *** 500 truck... its just a nice shell

Your trouble sounds a lot like it is sucking air in the fuel.

Did you do the clear IP return line to check for bubbles?

Are you sure that the return line is clear of any obstructions-if the return line is restricted internal IP pressure gets too high and shuts down the IP.

 

Yes and I am sure fuel is going back its all brand new no kinks no leaks no rust, etc it did before I basically restored truck minus body motor internals and trans internals prolly. A bad oil.pump

Almost got it started with ether but starter is bad now and no its not loose decided not to get the cummins I looked at... it was turn key truck but didny have any coolant init and I almsot beat the living **** outta em for lying about ohhh it doesnt have leaks blah blah blah, son and dad got in my face and I grabbed my machete outta the car and they left im done playing with ppl ill.take their hands...im sick of liars and ppl wasting. My time....it made my day tho so ima hold off on truck forna while and keep an eye open for another. Truck

 

Bought a cummins truck that runs and drives great with only 203k for 1700!! Hells yeahhh! Lol. Drove it home with no brakes and so much play in the steering that I swerved the whole 2 hrs home lmfao just needs valver cover gasket! Swapping in chevy very soon! Sold chevy 6.5 already tings are looking up! Ill post pics if ya want! :-)
