How would I check for the IP issues? I can swap PMDs out again and see if it does anything. I would assume its not the IP since its been having this occasional starting problem after sitting for a while, but once running it runs without issue... However I am not beyond checking. I just really want to get it fixed, it sucks not having a truck.

Hey guys, again sorry to jump in on Jordan's post but as I stated in my original interruption my problems are similar to Jordan's but a little different. We seem to be at similar points in trying to find our Gremlin. Here is the blow by blow.

I bought this vehicle about 6 months ago and had the heads, injectors, and glow plugs replaced about 3000 miles ago. The truck had a relocated PMD but about a week after the repairs it started acting up. Replaced the PMD, problem solved until a few weeks ago.

Stopped at Lowes to pick up a few items. Went to pull truck around to load. When I started it the engine surged/loped at idle but never shut off. After loading, restarted the engine and again it loped at idle but never shut off. Drove approximately 20 miles home. Parked truck, got up the following morning to move it and it would not start. It has not run since.

I have fuel to the fuel filter bleed and fuel to the T-handle, but nothing to the injectors. Long and short I have replaced the IP along with the FSOS. After replacing the IP I now have issues with the glow plugs, no relay clicking, no WTS light, no power to the 10 amp fuse in the fuse panel under the hood. I have checked and rechecked to be sure everything is plugged in. I have battery power on one terminal of the GP relay but nothing out of the relay. There does not appear to be any control voltage at the plug. In checking the glow plug issue I found a blown ENG1 fuse. I chased this down to the fuel heater. I unplugged the heater and no more blowing ENG1 fuse but still no glow plugs...and still no fuel to injectors which was my original problem.

Any ideas??? Ignition Switch??? Bad ECM??? It seems to go from one thing to the next on this truck. I have a 95 GMC 3500 6.5 and have never had this many issues, knock on wood.
