6.5L water in fuel light..
The water in fuel light was on when i bought it 4 months ago..I have never had any power problems, or problems with it just dieing or not starting. It has always started and ran fine..I just recently changed the lift pump and put a new fuel filter in it. And today the light comes back on. I have been using XDP fuel additive..Also put some SEAFOAM in before filling it up. Any suggestions what might be going on? Like i said there are no power issues and she runs great..

Water from the fuel collects at the bottom the filter housing, when it gets enough water the light switch is triggered.
With the truck parked safely and the engine running, open the water in fuel drain Tee valve located at the frt of the engine on the coolant crossover manifold-the water will drain from the hose out to the ground or a container if you choose to use 1,when clear fuel comes out the hose close the valve.
Then look for a new place to buy fuel.
