Default Please Help.

I have a 1994 Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel. I knew when I got it I would have to do some work to it. I replaced the PMD and relocated it behind the bumper on a heat sink. The lift pump, OPS, new glow plugs, and glow plug timmer. The PMD helped with the stalling problem and when it ideling if seems to be just fine. The real problem is sometimes it will start and run like a new truck. Other times it will be hard to start, will have to crank on it for 10-15 seconds and the acceloration is bad and it shifts hard and I also lose overdrive. Ive cleaned all the grounds I can find. The DTC Im getting are 27 and the one for the O2 sensor. Not sure Im even suppose to have a O2 sensor on the truck.I changed the accelerator pedel thinking that was the problem but still the same problem. I just cant figure this one out. Im starting to think the ECM or the IP. I need some help to figure this out, like everyone else Im on a budget and cant just replace parts until I find the problem. I would be thankful for any ideas.Sorry for the bad spelling but I think most will get what I mean.

DTC 13 - Engine Shutoff Solenoid Circuit Fault
DTC 27 - Accelerator Pedal Position 2 Circuit Range Fault
DTC 45 - EGR Vent Error

The code # is what is important-these trucks don't always jive with generic code reader code explanations.

AC Delco ONLY for OPS,aftermarket fail quickly and are sometimes bad out of the box.
Google OPS relay mod and install asap.

Check the fuel filter housing for leaks-the o-rings often leak when sitting and make hard starts because of air in fuel.

Any more info you could provide might be helpful, like did you clean the 3 grounds at the passenger side rear of the intake on the coolant block off plate stud?

The two DTC Im getting is 27 and 44. Yes, Ive all the grounds on the truck. The one that go to the body from the battery, the motor to the battery on the other battery, the ones from the right head intake area to the frame I think there were three at this point. Ive cleaned the one on the IP.The OPS is working because the LP is now working. I can crack the T valve and fuel comes out and it doesnt die. I will do the OPS fix if I can get it running right. Unless Im not understanding what the fix does. Im not finding any fuel leaks and the fuel tank does hold a little bit of vacum. The filters are clean as are the fuel lines and tank. I cleaned out the tank when I change the screen on the pick up tube. The SES light comes on when I have this problem and it goes off and it runs fine. I dont know what else to tell. Thanks for the help.

DTC 27 - Accelerator Pedal Position 2 Circuit Range Fault
DTC 44 - EGR Pulse Width Error

Could actually be an ECM or wiring problem?
