Default DTC 27

Can anyone tell me what could be the problem if Ive already changed the accerator pedel already. I changed it and still get the same code after disconneting the batteries to clear the codes. Im also getting a DTC 44 for a O2 sensor thats not even on the truck. Grounds are good unless there is a broken wire somewhere that I cant find. Is it possible it could be the PCM? Im at my whitts end. Sometimes it starts and runs great. Other times its starts hard and shifts hard as well and I lose OD. Its a 1994 2500. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I was getting that code the I changed my Crankshaft Position Sensor ,(CPS) had all them symptoms except for the OD issue If you decide to change yours do not put a BWD brand in the truck as they are crap out of the box get AC.DELCO or NAPA only
