Any advice on the work here I'm changing gaskets new heads new head bolts new injecters new glow plugs new oil any advice other than taking my time. First time on diesel

 

Follow the torque specs-TTY bolts are a pain but it is what it is.
Use permatex or loctite pipe thread sealer on the head bolt threads and a drop of motor oil under the bolt heads where they meet the cylinder head.
Also get everything operating room clean.
