Mayhem u might be on to something there, I know my exhaust exits early but how early idk I haven't had time to crawl underneath it and look, how I know it exits early is I get a puff of white smoke on start up and it always comes from under the cab close to the firewall, I will definately have to check that out

Quick question though mayhem, would that make the truck kinda sluggish? I mean nothin comes and goes like ill take off and half all the power in the world then it will kinda fall on its face after a couple seconds, does the down pipe being screwed up have anything to do with that?

No it wouldnt do that but my 94 had a bad Crank sensor that would make it do that and also cause it to randomly die the old sensor was toast and came out in peices and I was'nt even getting codes for it whatever you do do not use a BWD CSS as they are crap use either Napa or a AC/DELCO if you decied to replace yours

Could be a plugged soot trap causing that issue?

Honestly idk I was wondering the same thing because I do still have the factory soot trap on my truck but I've gotta get the down pipe issue fixed first then go from there
