guys,

I need a very quick response, so I am here.

Recently, I have my Ford T-6 installed a tuning chip that increase maximum rail pressure of about 10% over standard. However, this extra pressure keep drainning off. This means, there must be a rail pressure relief valve somewhere along the high pressure fuel line, that needs to be strengthen (just like the older models), but we just don't know where it is.

As a system standard, I am sure that all commonrail diesel must have the pressure limiter valve somewhere, but most new models do not have this valve on the rail.

Anyone could help me out about this relief valve location?

Thank you very very much.

I know mine has a T-valve that when I opened it sounded like it was relieving pressure. Your best bet is to post this on the ford forum. Or tell us what ya got working for ya diesel wise.

You posted in the wrong section, the 6.5 section is not a common rail engine nor is it a ford.

What are the differences in the three injectors?

And, for 20-27 dollars more would it be worth experimenting to see if these non-stock injectors are any better?

Note: that it will be on a stock turbo setup, with cold air intake and soon to be 4" exhaust, if that makes a difference.

Here's where I'm thinking of buying:
6.5 injectors - Filter Results

Thanks.
You might be better off buying stock replacement bosch nozzles and having your injectors rebuilt locally at a Stanadyne service center or your local farm equipment dealership.
have pop pressure set to 2200-2300 psi +-10%.

There is no benefit to marine injectors unless you run the mechanical DB4 marine IP,the IP is the bottleneck-not the injectors.
Stock injectors have the ability to flow more fuel than the IP can provide, don't get sucked into the +40hp claim because it is not gonna happen without the corresponding IP.
