I would like to know what PMD stands for or what you would call it to get a replacement part for it. And also where is the best place to get one by either best overall and cheapest or even a combination of both. All or any help would be great

 

Pump Mounted Driver. You can get them at McParts, but you should check out thier warranty before purchasing. You can also get them from different vendors on this and other 6.5 sites. Avoid SS site as warranty is iffy at best.

 

Ok has the PMD been relocated and if so where is it now ??the best place for the PMD is behind the front bumper using the license plate hole with a heat sink the last PMD I purchased was from these guy's they know the 6.5 rather well and have every thing you need and High quality parts IMO
