I have a 95 chevy that wont start. Drove it to work and 12hrs later it would just turn over and not fire was running good and then no start. Tried a new pmd and nothing. Took it to the shop and was told it needed a new timing chain. Put it on the trailer and brought it home did the chain and nothing all timing mark lined up the same way it come apart. I think I'm going to start drinking over this truck. This is what I have done so far the truck has 498500km on it and pulls our 26ft 5th wheel. The truck has in order of replacement and all are new. Pmd $450 crank sensor $129 timing chain and gears,$278 injection pump $1899 remove all grounds and cleaned with sand paper and contact cleaner please help. Thank you for any help you give.

ATF in the fuel is a bad idea it has friction agents in it and over time it will be like running sand paper thru the IP 2 stroke mix is what you should put in with your fuel to add lubricity a 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce per gallon of fuel and I myself am leaning towards a bad PMD mounted under the hood is a bad location due to heat soak

It's a sealed unit unless you are submerged water wont hurt it but if you dont do the bumper relocate go low in the engine compartment as heat rises and heat is a PMD's worst enemy

No fuel from an injector line while cranking is PMD,IP or ECM-air in the lines or a plugged fuel filter could also be a cause for concern.

The water drain valve is unfiltered fuel so a plugged filter could still be a problem.
Does the fuel shut off solenoid work?

there have been times where the IP driv ley has sheared adn the IP doesn't turn with the timing gears-vry rare and usually from a seized IP but not always.
