Please help no start

Well the truck is running now replaced the ECM sand did not start but was trying to kick over got my multi meater out and only getting .5 volts needed 1.2 min started to wiggle the blue connector and it jumped to 1.5 and started still doing this does any one have the pin out for the blue connector
