AC Delco from a 93 or for big a price you can go with a FASS or AIRDOG system.

What psi are you looking for?
Much beyond 9 can cause problems of it's own.

I got a Walbro because after I did the FTB mod, I was pulling the fuel pressure down to a vacuum on hard acceleration. I think now with the Walbro 5 PSI is the lowest I've seen.

what are typical/reasonable pressure ranges 1) post lift pump 2) post injection pump?
