Default Fixed check engine light! (2 cycle oil)

Ok today I went to the car wash just to find out the change machine was out of service
While driving like always code 36 flashed and flashed . I drove for 3 miles, engine warmed to 160 degrees. When I started to accelerate the light would come on. I figured when you Start My 6.5 turbo diesel you have to press pedal 1/5 to get out of limp mode. Well if I gave throttle while driving past what would normally push threw limp mode while first driving ses comes on then off when off throttle. Make since good news now..... Research says there's not enough lube n diesel . So I found myself contemplating 2 cycle or not. 1 ounce per gallon. Some thing like (128:1) .Stuck injectors (long pulse code 36) lift/injector pump needs lube. I had a little (1 notch) half tank and figured 8 gallons. So one 2 cycle 8 ounce of gumout would do the trick. Ses light off in the first 2 miles . Then did its normal on and off for the next 1/8. Then it was gone for good. For good measures I added another bottle of 2 cycle 8 ounce and saw no smoke and light has been off for 10 miles2 driving trips and on second drive did not need to press though. Limp mode. Had. Warm ed up throttle response and no smoke on start. 40 degrees to day. What do you think?

Marine 0 ash 2 cycle oil is best and once the code situation is resolved a ratio of 1:200 is enough.

The double dose as you have already found out is helpful to resolve a sticking fuel solenoid in the IP.

Thanks race55.

Another thing is I know I was mixing that crappy 911 cetene (white bottle) anti-jel.. that stuff supposedly breaks down the little lubricants that are in diesel now days and I would add to much.

Late 2006/2007 diesel owners don't try this you have different parts, not only will you destroy them, you will void your warranty. yyuuuppp!

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Don't try putting 2 cycle oil in your tank if you have late models sorry to early.
