According to the dork- he took the governor off the top of the pump, inserted the allen wrench in the screw, forgot to remove it, turned the engine over with the key, the engine popped loud, the allen wrench broke, and now the part with the allen screw in it does not turn. That's his story and he's sticking to it. Is there a keyway or shaft he could have broken? Not sure what to do next.Before this it ran good, now it won't start. Any ideas on the possible damage will be appreciated!
