95 6.5 Turbo T-Valve problem, Please help!
The hose coming to the t-valve cracked of old age, and is now spraying diesel all over the engine bay. The hose looks like it runs underneath the intake, and I am afraid I have to take the whole intake off to get the hose off. whats worse is that you cannot look up "6.5 diesel T-valve" and find replacement parts, so even if I get it off, I have no idea how to get the parts to replace it. Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Ok, thank you for the info. I can see where the two lines come off the filter housing, I am guessing its the drivers side line.
I called the GM dealer today and the "bypass hose" and air bleed valve parts have been discontinued, and they seem next to impossible to find. I hope I am ok using a chunk of fuel line and a hose clamp to replace it. The current bypass line is molded directly onto the valve, but I can't imagine its such high pressure that a hose clamp wont hold it. If I remember right, both lines are hose clamped onto the filter house.
Thank you for the help.

If it were me I would use clear fuel rated hose from your local parts store so if you ever have any problems down the roadas do all of us 6.5er's you will be able to tell if you are sucking air in the fuel system and there is only 7 to 14 psi on that hose tops so hose clamps will be no problems

Fixed successfully. I didn't think to use clear hose, wish I would have seen your post before, because that is not a bad idea. I did not need to remove the intake and it turned out to be a much simpler fix that I initially thought (which is nice, because that never happens). The thing I will mention is that I assumed the line on the filter housing closest to the driver side was the correct line, and I was wrong. It is the passenger side line, and if I would have know that it would have saved me time trying to fool around with re-attaching that other line in such a tight space. Other than that, all smooth.
Thanks for all the help guys.
