i have a 92 6.5 im trying to sell i recently swapped the ip out as it was bad and ever since the tack wont work the speedo says 60 all the time and the temp was pegged and when i turn the lights on the buzzer constantly sounds unless i turn the cluster lights off i also put a new starter on same time as pump. im thinking maybe a ground but not sure.

Other than the batteries no but how clean was the block when you installed the new starter???grease and grime between the starter and block will lead to premature failure

update grounds seem good cluster still acting up and noticed when the truck is started no dash lights come on only the glow plug light and now it will only start when boosted put new alternator on today starter is new as of about 2 or 3 weeks ago terminals was corroded so replaced the main positive with new ends starts perfect on 200 amp boost but nothin by itself could this be related to the cluster
