anybudy hauled heavy loads with this done? how did it do? Better???

yes, but all you really dont have to do much on a lbz pump except for maybe modding te FCA, the pump itself can hold produce alot of power.

Right now i have a modded one in my truck, i had to tune it with efi to idle normally, but also its a lbz FCA in there too. I havent had time to completly fine tune it since its down right now, but with the tune i have it kinda jerks at 70mph like its hunting for more power cause of the extra fuel. But it can be tuned to just how you like it with EFI

The LBZ pump's are a little different. I'll post the write-up on modding it as soon as I'm done writing it. This mod posted here is for the '05 and prior pumps. The LBZ pump has some of these changes already done from GM but there's other's you can do. Check out Industrial Injection for the latest CP3 Duramax mods.

Good post, I dont know If I trust myself enough to cut those rectangle ports... Than again, Ill probably try it at some point... LOL

ur truck might have the triangular ports, i pulled apart a lbz regulator the other day and it had triangular ones. and othrgrl said his lly had triangular ports too
