how does that smoke at lower temps? I have to get mine (smoke hollow electric) fairly hot to generate smoke..
what I found is I have to cover one of the racks mostly with foil (or fill the thing way up) to keep the heating element on hot enough to make smoke yet keep the meat cool enough to smoke properly and not just cook.

Keep the smoker full. i tried covering the bottom rack with foil to reduce the cleanup but i couldnt maintainthe heat. im not a professional by any means. its hard to get to the fall off the bone point but it tastes great even though it doesnt " fall off the bone" like it should

I was asking about yours. mine is a smoke hollow brand.
lots of fun with it, but I would like to do fish and you need cooler temps to do it properly and mine won't generate smoke unless I can keep the element on most of the time, and with it's tiny vent it gets too hot, so I have to add a vent somewhere or trick it. haha.
