Got locked out years ago and it cost me $68.00 for the guy to open my wing window and reach in to unlock the door, so I now keep a spare key in my left pocket.

The easiest way to unlock a dodge 2nd gen w/power locks is this:

:Unscrew the antenna
:Go to the drivers door and at the top back corner pry her open so you can get the antenna through the rubber
:Use a wedge [i use my leatherman cuz i always got it on me] to keep prying the door open and slide the antenna further up.
:When ur right above the lock switch, run the antenna down directly in front of the button, puttin the ball on top of the antenna in the groove in front of the button.
"Tilt the antenna to the back by pushing the end ur holding toward the front of the truck while pushing down, itll pivot on the ball and the shaft will push back on the lock button, unlocking the door

sounds complicated but i can get into any 2nd gen w/power locks in about 3 minutes tops
