welcome to the world of downhill freeride mountain biking...it actually started in the north shores of BC...i have been doing it sence 2002. out here we transform ski slopes into this type of riding in the summer months.the trails go thru the mountain not actually down the slope. that way come next year all we have to do is some trail cleaning and we can do it all over again..you use anything you can for example we take a chainsaw to a downed tree and shave a flat top into it and make it a bridge. drops can range anywhere from 1 20 foot... we take the ski lifts up to the top and hammerdown.....
