Default P0237 plus crazy gauge readings

Having an issue with my 1999 24v. I don't drive it often but needed to use it today to drop a boat off. Started it this morning and hooked it up. Everything was okay then. I got in this afternoon, started it up and after maybe a minute of running, I see the check gauges light and no oil pressure reading! I immediately shut it down and checked for leaks, checked oil, etc. Everything seemed to be okay, so I restarted it to find that the water in fuel and MIL were now also on and it sounds like it's running rough. Go to scan it and while I have the key on (engine off) the oil pressure gauge goes nuts, jumping up and down. Only code stored is for the MAF but I'm wondering what the problem really is, given the slew of other issues that have seemed to come out of nowhere. Any ideas?

Check your batteries make sure they aren't low on voltage. Mine has done a voltage cycling thing after start up every since I've owned it. The internal regulator just cycles and the "check gauges" light stays on until it stabilizes usually after about 30 seconds or longer when its extremely cold out.
Since you don't drive it much definitely check your batteries individually.
Check cable connections for corrosion.
Is it cranking good?

Thanks for the input, motor turns over strongly but will check the batteries with my tester this evening. I ended up restarting it shortly after I made that post and the oil pressure gauge was working again, and it wasn't reading "water in fuel" either. So with that, I scanned it again. Got P0237 AND P0236 that time. Cleared them both and ended up hooking the trailer up and taking the boat anyway. It towed it fine (6000lbs), I noticed a few times where the power seemed to really drop out for a second, and then come back...not sure what that was about. The check engine light stayed off for a bit but is back on for P0237 only now.

Maybe a Map sensor is the only thing I can come up with.
Or a bad connection in a pin at the PCM.
