well it is cheap enuff... ....as long as it works.....but i would wait till someone chimes in with what else you are gonna need...it might end up being cheaper to replace the carter.....yea you can get the pump for 20 bucks but the relocation kit might be 120 bucks i dont know....

Hey Phil...found this on CF. The guy's name on there is BOOSTED. He posted it yesterday. If you can't post there, I can get whatever info you need.



Lift pump and Housing for sale.
Stock Lift pump and filter housing for a 99 24v. Lift pump worked just fine and yanked it to upgrade the truck. Read signature for upgrades. Pump and houseing taken off today!

Everything that was hooked to it is still on it..

well thanks guys...looks like he ain't gonna listen to a word I say. So I'll show him this when he has to replace it. He thinks just cuz the check engine light isn't on that everything is okay. I've washed my hands of the issue. I know my old 91 is gonna keep on trucking.

id put a blue or black in. i had a bullydog system with a blue in it and it was alright but i upgraded to fass

Man, he sounds like a hardhead (actually he sounds like my old man...)...explain to him that we are trying to save him $1500+ dollars. By the time the check engine light comes on - its too late. There is no reason that he cant at least read this....if he wont, well then, he will deserve what he gets.

I've tried to tell him...but he won't listen...so the best learned lessons are learned the hardway.
