I like Tillamook Colby/Jack.

 

For burgers or cheese fries, American all the way, really smooth taste.

For snacking, Cheddar.

All around, probably Pepperjack.

We've been buying cheese from Union Star for years. They make the cheese on site and they produce fresh cheese curds a couple of times a week. Union Star Cheese
On Burgers we like Onion Muenster of Garlic Cheddar. They have a smoked Cheddar that is outstanding on crackers or melted on tortilla chips. They have a Colby-Bacon that makes the best grilled cheese sandwich.

Now I'm hungry
